We ARE ACCEPTING new patients.
Dr. Bain is seeing patients for general practice and those suffering from a variety of complex illnesses. Dr. Bain has experience working with Candida/Yeast Overgrowth, Fibromyalgia, Lyme Disease, Thyroid Treatment/Therapy, Covid19, post-Covid19 or other Covid19 related symptoms and injuries.
Dr. Bain is an internist located in Chicago, IL. conducting TELEHEALTH VIDEO appointments only. Dr. Bain practices Monday - Saturday.
Please complete the "New Patient Form" and email patientservices@docintheloop.com to request your first appointment.
WHAT TO EXPECT
- Appointments are by tele-health video only and scheduled in CENTRAL time zone.
- To request an appointment, please email: patientservices@docintheloop.com
- Once your appointment is confirmed, you will receive an email 10 minutes before your appointment. This email will have the video visit link to join the check in process.
- During the check in process, you will be asked a set of questions and required to make your copayment (if applicable) or out of pocket payment.
- You will be asked for your vitals during the visit. Please have access to an arm blood pressure cuff (if possible) for most accurate readings.
- Once the check in process is complete, you will be prompted to join the video visit.

CANCELLATION POLICY
We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise causing you to miss your appointment. However, we require patients' to cancel or reschedule their appointment within 24 hours to avoid a cancellation fee.
