TELEHEALTH VIDEO APPOINTMENTS ONLY

We are ACCEPTING new patients. 

Dr. Bain is seeing patients for general practice and those suffering from a complex illness or disease such as; Candida/Yeast Overgrowth, Fibromyalgia, Lyme Disease, Thyroid Treatment/Therapy, Covid19, post-Covid19 or other Covid19 related symptoms and injuries. We will contact you to schedule your appointment and send you the appropriate forms to complete.   

Dr. Bain is an internist located in Chicago, IL. conducting TELEHEALTH video appointments only. Dr. Bain practices Monday - Saturday. 

Established patients can schedule their appointments online by clicking the link below. Same day appointments should email jkurek@docintheloop.com to confirm availability. 

Sometimes things change while Dr. Bain is treating his patients and he may need additional time with them. Please email to confirm your same day appointment. 

• Appointments are by tele-health video only and scheduled in CENTRAL time zone.
• Once your appointment is confirmed, you will receive an email 10 minutes before your appointment. This email will have the video visit link to join the check in process.  
• During the check in process, you will be asked a set of questions and required to make your copayment (if applicable) or out of pocket payment. 
• You will be asked to enter your vitals at this time. Please have access to an arm blood pressure cuff (if possible) for most accurate readings. 
• Once check in is complete, click "NEXT" 
•  You are now ready for your visit!

We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise causing you to miss your appointment.  However, we require patients' to cancel or reschedule their appointment within 24 hours to avoid a cancellation fee.
