The price includes the cost of the testing kit (mailed to you), return label (to send your sample to the lab),and processing of your sample. Your results will be sent to Dr. Alan Bain and forwarded to you or your referring provider. You are responsible for finding a phlebotomist to draw your blood and any fees associated with that service.
