We strive to keep our practice simple and affordable. Many insurance plans are discontinuing telehealth coverage for particular services. For patients' without insurance or with extremely high coverage, we have constructed a simple plan. Whether you wish to see Dr. Bain in the office or via telehealth,
we have options for you. Patients may waive their right to process their visits through insurance and pay out of pocket at a discounted rate. Note, if you waive your right, you may not be reimbursed.
DISCOUNTED DIRECT | SELF PAY FEES:
- NEW PATIENT - $200 Initial Visit
- ESTABLISHED PATIENT - $50, $100 $150 Per visit (fees vary and are dependent on visit type)
- HOMEOPATHIC | ALTERNATIVE MEDICINE - $227 Per visit
- NOTE: All fees are due when scheduling. $50 cancellation fee if appointment is not cancelled within 24 hours.
